Educational Qualification :-

• Medical Officer : MBBS trained by NACO at one of the NACO designated training centres.
• Staff Nurse : B.Sc Nursing / GNM or ANM with 3 years experience.
• Counsellor : Master Degree in Social Work.
• Lab Technician : Graduate / Diploma Holder in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT).

Age Limit (As on 01/02/2020) :-

• Minimum Age : 25 Years
• Maximum Age : 45 Years (For Madical officer 68 Years)
• Age relaxation as per rules.

Documents Required :-

• Certificate showing Academic qualification with mark sheets as required for the post.
• Caste certificate from the competent authority .
• Recent residential certificate issued by competent authority.
• Valid Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
• Two recent passport size photographs.
• 2 Nos of good quality self addressed stamped envelope.
